Our Escrow service aims to create a stress free transaction that ensures funds are only transferred when vehicles are confirmed to exist and are collected.

The buyer and seller register with our escrow department

  • The buyer or seller initiates a transaction through our escrow department by contacting our delivery department by phone or email and providing us with the necessary documentation to start the procedures of buyng or selling of the vehical in question.
  • For the buyers : 

    Documentation needed:

  • Full Name
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number (where can be contacted for the duration of delivery)
  • Copy of  ID card ( front and back)
  • Or copy of passport
  • To avoid possible fraud or identity theft according to GDPR, Reg. EU 2016/679 the buyer must send as a picture holding in hand the id card or passport (selfie)
  • All documents must be high definition
  • For the sellers : 

You will have to provide us the following details ,full name ,pick up address wher the vehicale is located ,a copy of you id card or passport ,vehicle registration papers (all the necessary for the transfer of ownership) phone number where you can be contacted for the duration of the transaction and bank details where we will transfer the payment after the vehicle has been delivered and the buyer agrees to complete the transaction. 

Vehicle verification

  • Our escrow department will pick up the vehicle in question from the seller custody and begin the verification procedures by our authorized legal and inspection departments to determine the condition of the vehicle.

Mechanical inspection:

  • The vehicle is being inspected to ensure it complies with EU safety standards. Here is a list of some of the standard safety aspects of a vehicle : Mileage ,Body work ,Brakes ,Chassis and suspension ,Drive Line ,Electrical ,Steering ,Tyres and rims ,Vehicle identification ,Vehicle modifications ,Accident history.

Legal inspection:

  • The legal inspectors will check the vehicle registration document to see if it has no outstanding finance, lien or debt and it is ready to be registered in the country of destination.

The vehicle will be delivered to the buyer only if it passes the mechanical and legal verification phase, otherwise the vehicle will be returned to the seller.

No funds will be transferred to the Seller until the Buyer accepts the vehicle.

The buyer make the payment to our escrow department

  • The buyer will receive the sell contract and the instructions where to make an down payment of 30% from the total price of the vehicle in question after that the buyer must send as a proof of payment (transfer receipt)The remaining 70% of the payment will be sent after the buyer decide to keep the vehicle(read the step six).The funds will remain in our escrow account for the duration of the transaction and they won’t be release to the seller without the consent of the buyer.
  • The payment must be submitted within 48 hours afthe riciving the sales contract to our escrow department using bank-to-bank priority wire transfer. The funds will be held in our escrow department bank account until the transaction is either completed or canceled.

Our escrow department deliver the vehicle to buyer

  • After the previous steps have been successfully completed our escrow department will proceed with the delivery of the vehicle to the address specified by the buyer.We provide GPS tracking service in order for our customers to see in real time where the vehicle is located during the delivery period.

Our escrow department will proceed with the delivery of the vehicle only after the buyer makes the payment to our escrow account and our bank confirms that the transfer was made.

Buyer personal inspection 90 days period

  • The buyer will receive the vehicle in 3-5 business days.
  • After the vehicle in question is delivered by our transport department to buyer home address ,the 90 day period of personal inspection begins.
  • During the inspection period the Buyer can verify the vehicle condition at any service autorizate near his location.
  • Verify the vehicle document with a legal lawyer for transfer of ownership.
  • Our escrow department will provide assistance regarding the ownership transfer of the vehicle at no extra charge.

Personal inspection ends

The Buyer must take a decision after the 90 days personal inspection period:

  • If the Buyer decides to purchase the vehicle will make the remaining 70% payment in to our escrow account and our escrow department will proceed with the ownership transfer of the vehicle under the buyer name.
  • The funds are transferred from the our escrow department bank account to the Seller.
    The Seller will receive the amount transferred by the Buyer from which we will deduct the tax for the services used during the transaction.
  • If the Buyer decides to not purchase the vehicle, the funds will be refunded to the Buyer and the vehicle will be shipped back to the Seller.

If the Buyer decides to purchase the vehicle ,him must inform our escrow department about his decision and consent the release of the payment to the seller.
